"Our Millet Rusk is baked to perfection with freshness and health. It is made with organic whole wheat flour, a mixture of 4 different millets – foxtail millet, ragi, kodo millet and small millet and rice bran oil. Millets are earliest Indian grains which are rich in minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium as well as vital vitamins like folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, and Vitamins B6, C, E, and K and high in fibre content. It hits the spot when you are craving somewhat spicy and crunchy with your tea or coffee.
Our rusks are enchanting and healthy so you do not compromise on taste for health. It is baked, not fried and is a healthy and natural snack made using only those ingredients you would use at home. We use heart healthy rice bran oil instead of dalda or margarine. They are rich in fibre, high on nutrition, chemical and preservative-free and 100% vegan.
Millet Snacks was born out of the idea to provide delicious and wholesome baked products, free from preservatives, high in nutrition and healthy for you. We started Millet Snacks from our recipes, and even now we use the same recipes and processes to make all our products. We use only those ingredients you would use, if you made our products at home.
All our products are made with real ingredients. We use whole grains and millets, which are high in fibre and nutrients. We do not use any refined flour (Maida), refined sugar or butter in any of millet snacks. It is truly the best blend of taste and health.
